Gryphon’s Moon Coven
Gryphon’s Moon Coven is an eclectic Wiccan coven based in Columbus helping people build relationships with the natural world and the many spirits and powers that inhabit all the realms.
We gather regularly to celebrate the cycles of the seasons, to practice magic together, and to nurture healthy, productive, and caring relationships with each other and the world around us.
About Wicca
Wicca is a nature-based religion which focuses on living in harmony with the natural world and seeking to understand how all living beings interact to form a whole which is life. As such, Wicca is a religion of relationship: relationship with self; relationship with the earth and the creatures that inhabit it (including humanity); and relationship with spirits and powers, including feminine representations of the divine and modern manifestations of divinities worshipped before the spread of Christianity, especially in the Celtic and Greco-Roman cultures.
We venerate and celebrate the natural world, marking the changing of each season with ritual and festivity and seeking to nourish the natural and spiritual worlds through word and action. We keep a community garden together and engage with our study and practice in a variety of other artistic and personal endeavors, especially ones that help us live in better relationship with the environment around us and improve our community.
